How to prepare clams quickly and easily


A plate of clams always comes in handy, whether for vermouth, starters or as a side dish, it is a seafood that everyone tends to like. In addition, this recipe is super simple and very quick to make. One option is to make clams in green sauce, below we explain a similar way of cooking clams but faster and easier.

Ingredients:

  • 3 dozen large clams.
  • 1 clove garlic.
  • 2 sprigs of parsley.
  • 3 tablespoons of white wine.
  • 1 teaspoon breadcrumbs.
  • Oil.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.

Steps to follow to make this recipe:

  1. Put the clams in a bowl with cold water and a little salt, so that they remove the sand or stones that they can take, at least two hours.
  2. Put the oil in a pan, letting it heat up.
  3. Fry the minced garlic clove, lower the flame on the stove and let it brown gently.
  4. Add the washed and drained clams, sauté and add the finely chopped parsley.
  5. Lightly season with salt and pepper and add the breadcrumbs. Stir with the shovel.
  6. Soak with the wine and 4 tablespoons of water, letting it boil.
