A plate of clams always comes in handy, whether for vermouth, starters or as a side dish, it is a seafood that everyone tends to like. In addition, this recipe is super simple and very quick to make. One option is to make clams in green sauce, below we explain a similar way of cooking clams but faster and easier.
Ingredients:
- 3 dozen large clams.
- 1 clove garlic.
- 2 sprigs of parsley.
- 3 tablespoons of white wine.
- 1 teaspoon breadcrumbs.
- Oil.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
Steps to follow to make this recipe:
- Put the clams in a bowl with cold water and a little salt, so that they remove the sand or stones that they can take, at least two hours.
- Put the oil in a pan, letting it heat up.
- Fry the minced garlic clove, lower the flame on the stove and let it brown gently.
- Add the washed and drained clams, sauté and add the finely chopped parsley.
- Lightly season with salt and pepper and add the breadcrumbs. Stir with the shovel.
- Soak with the wine and 4 tablespoons of water, letting it boil.
