How to make a hake stuffed with prawns

Cooking a delicious hake stuffed with prawns will be very easy by following our recipe step by step. The stuffed hake is a dish that can make for any occasion, since it will give you very good results. A delicious hake for its filling of prawns, onion and pepper. Do not stop trying it.

You will need to:

  • Hake prepared for stuffing.
  • 2 boiled eggs.
  • 2 green peppers.
  • 1/2 onion.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Olive oil.

To begin with the hake filling, we will chop the pepper and sauté it in a pan with olive oil. Meanwhile, we will prepare the onion that we will add later and cook some eggs. When the pepper is golden brown, add the onion and let it reduce. When both have the desired point, add the peeled prawns and leave over medium heat to cook. To continue with the filling, we will peel and chop the cooked eggs. We will incorporate them to the rest of the ingredients of the pan. We will continue with the hake that we will salt (we can also salt and pepper) inside and out. Leaving it open we will begin to add the filling. We will close it very carefully and place some lemon slices on the outside. Then we will put it in the oven for about 20 minutes. After this time, we have our hake stuffed with prawns ready to serve.

Tips.

  • You can add another vegetable that you like to the filling.
